• Partnered with the client’s Product Owner and Tech Lead to translate stakeholder insights and research findings into a prioritised sprint backlog.
• Co-led sprint planning sessions, ensuring business priorities, technical feasibility, and user needs were aligned in each iteration.
• Facilitated continuous coordination between design, development, and the client team, streamlining backlog refinement and sprint execution.

• Faster execution of workflows and onboarding
• Reduction in calls to helpdesk due to simplified flows
• ntegration of logistics portal for better internal visibility
BPI Bank – SME Digital Journeys
Driving improvements across SME and B2B customer digital services

Key Contribuitions:
• Acted as proxy for missing product roles in several squads, guiding sprint planning alongside internal business owners and developers.
• Used insights to influence the backlog and refine the scope in agile ceremonies.
• Worked with business stakeholders to define priorities for feature improvement on onboarding, insurance simulation, POS acquisition and legacy layout migrations
Impact:
Reduction in support requests after redesigned flows
Increased adoption of new features (POS acquisition, insurance simplification).
Accelerated the legacy’s migration front-end from JS to React by matching features and functionalities with existing processes.
